This page provides clear instructions on how to safely join the official Bankai Discord server and create a support ticket for assistance. Follow each step carefully to avoid scams and ensure a smooth support experience.

If you don’t have a Discord account yet, create one by following the on-screen instructions, then return to the link above to join the server.
Once you’re in, you’ll gain access to our active community, announcements, and direct communication with the support team.
✅ Verify Your Account
Before you can access the full server, you’ll need to complete a quick verification step.
Go to the #verify channel when you join.
Click the ✅ emoji under the verification message.
After verification, the rest of the channels will become visible.
This step helps keep the community safe by preventing spam and ensuring that only real traders join. We take server security seriously — this verification protects everyone.
⚠️ Ignore All Direct Messages
Scammers may try to impersonate Bankai staff or offer unsolicited help. Please ignore all DMs from anyone claiming to be Bankai support.
💡 Bankai staff will never DM you first. Official support is only handled through private ticket channels inside the server.
🔒 (Optional but Recommended) Turn Off DMs from Server Members
To protect yourself from impersonators:
Right-click the Bankai server icon on the left sidebar.
Select Privacy Settings.
Turn Direct Messages off.
This simple step ensures scammers can’t message you directly after you join.
🎟️ Create a Support Ticket
Once you’ve joined and verified, scroll up the channel list to find #tickets.
Click on the #tickets channel.
Follow the instructions in the pinned message to open a ticket.
A new private channel will appear on the left sidebar — this is your personal support thread.
Our support staff will reply as soon as possible. Please be patient and keep your replies organized within your ticket.
💬 Going to Your Private Ticket
After creating your ticket:
Locate the new ticket channel that appears in the left sidebar (usually named
#ticket-xxxx).Click it to open your private chat with the Bankai support team.
Provide your issue details clearly so our team can assist efficiently.
🧾 Providing Information & Waiting
When opening a ticket, please include:
Your wallet address (if relevant)
A short description of the issue
Screenshots or transaction hashes if available
The more details you provide, the faster we can resolve your issue.
Our staff handle many tickets daily, so please remain respectful and patient while waiting for a reply. We’ll do our best to respond quickly and get you trading again.
