What is BANKAI?
Bankai is the ultimate trading platform built for speed, intelligence, and rewards. It combines fast decentralized swaps, cross-chain bridges, wallet tracking, and live analytics — all while giving you cashback and XP for every trade.
Is Bankai decentralized or centralized?
Bankai uses a hybrid model. Trades are executed on-chain for transparency and security, while analytics and reward calculations are handled off-chain for real-time speed.
Do I need to connect a crypto wallet to trade?
Yes. You’ll connect your wallet via Particle Network, which allows you to log in using social accounts (Google, email, or phone) or a traditional wallet like MetaMask.
What chains does BANKAI support?
Bankai currently supports multiple major EVM-compatible chains — including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Polygon, and Optimism. More chains are added regularly to expand liquidity options.

How do I earn rewards on BANKAI?
Every trade you make generates cashback rewards in USDC based on your tier. You can also earn XP to level up and unlock new quests or cosmetic achievements.
What are the reward tiers?
Your tier is determined by your cumulative trading volume across supported chains.

Beta testers receive an additional +2% lifetime boost on all cashback rewards.
When can I claim my rewards?
You can claim rewards daily directly from your Rewards tab. All eligible cashback and referral earnings are distributed in USDC for full transparency.
What is XP and how does it work?
XP is a cosmetic progression system. You earn XP for every trade and quest — it helps you climb levels, unlock badges, and compete on leaderboards. XP doesn’t affect cashback rates.

How does the referral system work?
Invite users with your unique referral link. When they sign up and trade, you earn a portion of the platform fees they generate — and even from their extended network.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limits. You can invite as many users as you want — the more your network trades, the more you earn.
How are referral earnings paid?
Referral rewards are automatically calculated in real time and added to your Rewards Ledger. You can claim them daily in USDC, along with your cashback.
Can I change my referrer later?
No. Referral links are permanent once used at signup to ensure a fair and transparent system.

How does the wallet login work?
Bankai integrates with Particle Network for authentication and wallet creation. You can log in with Google, email, or phone — a wallet is automatically generated for you, with full access to your funds.
Can I connect an existing wallet?
Yes. You can link or import your existing wallet into Particle’s interface at any time.
Is my wallet custodial?
Particle Network uses non-custodial smart accounts, meaning you retain control over your assets. Bankai never holds or accesses your private keys.

🛡️ Security & Support
Is BANKAI safe to use?
Yes. Bankai uses on-chain settlement for trades and verified smart contracts for routing. We also monitor transactions for anomalies (wash trades, MEV patterns, etc.) to protect users and maintain fair rewards.
Does BANKAI store my data?
Only minimal, essential data is stored (e.g. wallet address and trading activity linked to rewards). We do not store private keys, passwords, or sensitive identity data.
